(NATURE GARDEN)
The Jardim da Natureza - School of Forest Arts and Knowledge develops activities and studies focused on alternative forms of education and income generation. It offers different kinds of art workshops for the community and visitors. Get informed, visit the Jardim da Natureza and participate in the workshops!
CENTRO MEDICINA DA FLORESTA - CMF
(CENTER FOR FOREST MEDICINE)
A community-based non-governmental organization, is a center for research, systematization and dissemination of traditional knowledge about forest medicine, with the purpose of promoting integral human health. Visit the CMF, and check out its products. Participate in of the “Florais da Amazônia” experience, by scheduling in advance.
CENTRO DE CULTURA, ESPORTES E LAZER LUA BRANCA
The Lua Branca Center for Culture and Recreation promotes community integration through cultural activities, such as the Cipó de Ouro Academy (capoeira and maculelê), theatrical shows, film exhibitions and others. Get informed about the schedule! Join the capoeira classes that happen regularly!
COMMUNITY FARMERS' MARKET
The Vila Céu do Mapiá Farmers' Market, which takes place every other weekend, showcases local food production and promotes food sovereignty and the financial autonomy of the families involved. In addition, the market promotes the meeting between residents and visitors, combining access to healthy food, culture and crafts. Participate!
COMMUNITY FOREST MANAGEMENT
On this tour you will get to know the Community Sustainable Forest Management Unit of Céu do Mapiá, in addition to visiting the camp, following the activities, walking the trails and having lunch with the team. The route (made by motorcycle or tractor) allows a beautiful ride through the forest.
KAYAK
If you like adventure and excitement, go kayaking on the waters of the Mapiá and Repartição streams. Beautiful scenery and a lot of fun.

COMMUNITY “MUTIRÃO”
Every Monday, happens in Mapiá, a community work. There are several work fronts, organized according to the community demands. To participate, introduce yourself Monday morning at the Residents' Association. Join a work front!
Lunch time at the General Kitchen, on Monday.
COMMUNICATION CENTER, JAGUBE RADIO AND LIBRARY
Communication Center “Nova Ideia” offers free internet access to residents and visitors, it is the headquarters of Jagube Radio - created in 1998 by Lúcio Mortimer - and the Community Library Mário Rogério. Visit the place and catch up on your messages! Collaboration for space maintenance are welcome!
